Beaux Pete is an artist defined by his debut single, “A Lil’ Bit Country”. Beaux Pete IS A Lil’ Bit Country, with a lot of soul! He is also a multi-instrumentalist. In addition to being a singer and prolific songwriter, he plays drums, bass and piano to name a few.

Beaux’s love for music stems from his southern gospel roots and was fueled by his Mother’s love of SOUL/Southern Soul and his Father’s love of BLUES! His musical influences include Babyface. Gerald Levert, K-Ci & JoJo and New Edition. Given his musical vastness, he is also a huge Josh Turner, Chris Young and Kane Brown fan and cites them as his biggest Country influences. Being that they share Mississippi Roots, Beaux also cites Chapel Hart for influencing him to pursue Country Music altogether.

  He grew up playing drums in church, but his talent didn’t stop there. Beaux continued playing and learning more instruments through his childhood and early adulthood. He recently started saying “I HAVE TO FULLY LEARN acoustic and electric guitars” as he has loved and owned guitars for as long as he can remember. “There’s no reason I shouldn’t have mastered them already, especially since I own like five in all, but everything in time.” 

Beaux’s new single, “A Lil’ Bit Country” is a moniker of who he is as an artist, which affords him the ability to move between country AND soulful genres effortlessly.

When asked about his upcoming projects, he said that there are some Southern Soul releases in the works, in addition to more Country.
